Motivation for Teens Making Money Online

I know that as you continue or begin your journey in online marketing and making money online as a teen there will be times when you just want to give up everything and quit. Some methods may not work out as you planned and you end up spending a lot of your time working for no monetary gains. These times are definitely tough, however in my eyes everything is a learning experience and there is no better way to grow as a person then to keep trying and get better. 5 Ways for Teens to Make Money From Home

If you're a teen looking to make money from home today check out these 5 unique ways:


1.) Review songs on Slicethepie
Slicethepie allows you to review and rank songs for upcomming artists. It is easy to make up to $15 an hour with this service, a lot better than minimum wage.


2.) Complete jobs on Zaarly.com
Zaarly is a website that allows you to complete odd tasks like walking a dog, sending emails or being a personal assistant for a day for its users. There are new tasks being added to the site daily and you can cash in on them right now.

3.) Sell your service on Fiverr
Fiverr is a website that allows you to sell your service (like creating youtube videos) for $5. With a little creativity you can make a lot of money on the side.

4.) Teach English (or any other language) classes online

Teens Take Paid Surveys to Make Easy Money Online

While I have been coming out with some different ways to make money online lately, I can confirm without a doubt that paid online surveys remain to be the easiest way for teens to make money online. Paid online surveys are 100% free to take and you online need to be 13 years old to join websites like CashCrate, Treasure Trooper and Squishy Cash. While I am now in college, I have placed more of my focus on building websites and affiliate marketing, but I am still managing to collect a check from these surveys websites with virtually no work whatsoever each month. All it takes is completing a few surveys each month and working on building a blog to collect money from referrals. Start a Blog
Starting a blog is by far the number one step you should take when attempting to get paid online survey site referrals. With a little bit of work and patience you can rank on the first page of Google and rake in organic traffic which will result in higher earnings. While it is entirely possible to make decent money filling out surveys and completing offers, I can guarantee you that the big earners on these websites ($1000+ a month) have a blog and are getting new referrals every day. Once on the first page of Google it only takes a few blog posts a month with unique content  to remain there. So go ahead and start a blog on a niche that you are passionate about or know a lot about. It Takes Hard Work
Check out one of my first posts on this blog, Making Money Online as a Teen is Hard Work. I was only 17 years old when I wrote that post, yet I knew then that it was going to take hard work and determination in order to make money online at my age. It didn't take too long to rank on the first page of Google for my keyword and start making upwards of $500 a month, but if I was not determined I would have never gotten there. Sometimes you will find yourself in a rut and you will want to give up, however if you believe that what you have to say is making a difference then you will succeed and make money for yourself. Don't let the naysayers tell you any different, just believe in yourself and be passionate in what you are writing about.

All in all, taking paid online surveys as a teenager or college student is a very effective way to make extra money online. You only need to be 13 years old to join these sites, and you can make as much or as little money as you want, depending upon how much work you put into it. While starting a blog may not be for some of you, you can still make money completing offers and filling out surveys. Say you fill out $5 worth of surveys each day which will not take more than a half hour of your time. After 30 days you will have $150, not too bad for minimal work! Teens Make Money Listening to Music: Music Xray Review

Music Xray is a website that allows its users to listen to and review upcoming artists and receive cash rewards. Very similar to Slice the Pie, which I have reviewed in the past in terms of its usability and ability to make cash. Perfect for teens or college students looking to make some extra money online, Music Xray is an awesome program that I have been using in my spare time for the past view months. • After visiting the website you will click on the link "Sign Up For Free":

• After clicking the link you will have the option to sign up with your Google, Facebook, Google and Soundcloud account OR by traditional means by picking your own username and password.

• The next step is to select a "Music Fan" account where you will have the ability to listen to others music and get paid for it.

• *Facebook is required for joining Music Xray. They will send you songs based on your music interests on your Facebook profile. Don't worry though, they will not post anything on your account without your consent.

•  You can then select up to 5 additional musical genres in which you are interested in. Rather than picking obscure genres like "Books and Spoken" I would recommend selecting more popular styles like Pop, Country, Hip Hop, etc this way you will receive more opportunities to make money.

•  After you select your musical genres you will receive emails with songs that you can listen to and get paid for listening to. 

While you will not get rich with this program, it is very easy to make yourself an extra $20 a month for doing very little work. Even if you do not enjoy the music that they send you, you can always mute your computer and still get paid. This program, along with Slice the Pie are great ways to make money online as a teen by listening to music. However, the perk to Music Xray is that you do not have to write a review on the songs you listen to, you only have to listen for at least 30 seconds in order to get paid!
