Start a Blog
Starting a blog is by far the number one step you should take when attempting to get paid online survey site referrals. With a little bit of work and patience you can rank on the first page of Google and rake in organic traffic which will result in higher earnings. While it is entirely possible to make decent money filling out surveys and completing offers, I can guarantee you that the big earners on these websites ($1000+ a month) have a blog and are getting new referrals every day. Once on the first page of Google it only takes a few blog posts a month with unique content to remain there. So go ahead and start a blog on a niche that you are passionate about or know a lot about. It Takes Hard Work

I was only 17 years old when I wrote that post, yet I knew then that it was going to take hard work and determination in order to make money online at my age. It didn't take too long to rank on the first page of Google for my keyword and start making upwards of $500 a month, but if I was not determined I would have never gotten there. Sometimes you will find yourself in a rut and you will want to give up, however if you believe that what you have to say is making a difference then you will succeed and make money for yourself. Don't let the naysayers tell you any different, just believe in yourself and be passionate in what you are writing about.
All in all, taking paid online surveys as a teenager or college student is a very effective way to make extra money online. You only need to be 13 years old to join these sites, and you can make as much or as little money as you want, depending upon how much work you put into it. While starting a blog may not be for some of you, you can still make money completing offers and filling out surveys. Say you fill out $5 worth of surveys each day which will not take more than a half hour of your time. After 30 days you will have $150, not too bad for minimal work!
